When the biggest highlight of your life for the past thirty years has been your weekly card night out with the girls, what do you do when one of your foursome inconveniently dies? If you’re Connie, Leona, and Millie, three southern ladies from Birmingham, you do the most daring thing you’ve ever done. You “borrow” the ashes from the funeral home for one last card game, and the wildest, most exciting night of their lives begins with a police raid, a stripper, laughs, and a whole new way of looking at all the fun you can have when you’re truly living.

Character Breakdowns
Connie
Female, 40s-70s. From the South, the bridge night hostess who hasn’t had a life outside of that since her ex-husband left her.
Rachel Ann
Female, Late Teens- 20s. Southern college-aged daughter of Connie. As emotionally unstable as any young woman would be at that age.
Leona
Female, 40s-70s. One of Connie’s closest friends, also Southern, who’s a beautician by profession and a caustic lush by preference.
Millie
Female, 40s-70s. Another of Connie’s long-standing bridge partners from the deep south. This is a woman who is also missing a few cards from the deck.
Bobby
Male, 20s. A local policeman who finds himself caught in the middle of the family's unusual mourning rituals. He is earnest, slightly overwhelmed, and provides a comedic outside perspective to the group's antics.
